Julie LeBlanc is one of Céline's backing singers. She has been touring with Céline since the Memphis concert in 1997 (now made into a video).

I have met Julie once, when Céline came to Sheffield in July 1996. Having narrowly missed Céline, I asked Julie for her autograph. The security that day was REALLY strict and she told me "I'm really sorry, but I can't." As she is French Canadian I was surprised to hear no trace of an accent whatsoever!
Julie is on the Live In Memphis Video, the Au Coeur Du Stade Video and CD, the Treat her Like a Lady live version and video which came out on the THLAL single, not too mention loads of bootlegs!
